Belgium Gaming Commission Announced to Countries Blacklist.

A Belgium Gaming Commission announced that during the last update to their blacklist, Betfair, William Hill and brand bwin have been added as a list of companies which internet service providers in the country must block and the eGR was told by Peter Naessens to head of the regulatory unit at the commission.

And the reasons for adding operators to the list include the continued acceptance of Belgian players from unlicensed sites, attracting minors or vulnerable players, or connections with organized crime to the belgian authorities claim the blacklist offer opportunities to legitimate operators to apply for licenses while protecting players from ‘illegal’ sites which operate without a license in the country for the others included in the Belgian Gaming Commission’s (BGC) May update include the offerings of Betsson, 188Bet, and Betclic Everest brands BetClic, Expekt and bet-at-home.
